We need to specify 2003 excluding convertibles, those started in 2004 2003 9-3 convertible is old design, I have had both, so I know..lol

Notice how easy you got the disc back on even though you didn’t remove the caliper carrier and how easy the caliper slid over the pads after replacement?

That’s because the disc is the wrong thickness for your arc. Caliper should just slightly fit over the new pads and disc when everything is new

Looks like a solid disc? Those are for linears, with weakest brakes.
You should have a 292 mm brake disc.

The piston boot looks to be in poor shape.

Dude your shorts game is legendary. 💯 Nice work on the rears. The fronts are going to be fun to watch!

Hey auto autopsy, I’m 17 and I have a 2005 saab 9-3 and for some reason it doesn’t start, there’s not check engine light on or anything like that… the fuel pump doesn’t turn on even after I replaced it last week. It was working fine one day then the next day it just stopped turning on, I live in Wisconsin and there’s nobody else I could think of and you were the first so if you have any ideas can you let me know? Thank you

Hey, I've got a 9-3 2.0t convertible 2004, and I find the steering extremely loose at high speeds (70+ MPH) is this normal for this car?.. already had the rear end slip out on me and just feels very loose and light.. thanks a lot.

Yeah…gloves are a good idea. And why did you replace a ventilated disc with a solid one?
