Please read full comment. I hate Tesla because it is actually bad for the environment, not in its goals but execution. That being said: I wish gas cars were as quiet and zippy as a new Tesla. And no noxious fumes +++.

.3 is definitely a noticeable difference in my opinion. I suppose you can roughly figure .3 in the 1/4mi is about 3 car lengths, or 30hp. That's generalizing, and i know you're talking about 0-60 mostly here…
