I haven’t been in that situation yet, or had a deal like that yet so, idk honestly. With deals being with what this one seems like, there’s no backing out. I’m Probably the type of person that gets walked on by others so, yeah. Probably do the same as what your doing, but again idk cause I haven’t been in a situation like that.

BUT

This is your life, your money, your time, your friends time.. after all that if you don’t think it’s worth it to get that car. Then by all means, forget about it.

had an older woman in woodville tx do this to me on a used forklift a few years ago. I borrowed a trailer, Drove over 4 hrs one way, got my dad to go with me to help me get it on the trailer cause she said it needed work wouldn't start. it had been sitting since her and her husband closed their business. Anyway got there got it half way on the trailer and she can't find the key, said it was supposed to be in it. so she said she would call her now ex husband to see if he had it, then she comes over and says I have to unload it that she cant sell it to me, that her ex husband said she couldn't sell it. I was like are you kidding me? you've wasted a whole day of my and my dads time and 2 tanks of diesel for something you don't have permission to sell!
