We’re almost done! Davin gets the engine fully assembled before moving it onto our test stand to fire it up for the first time. Will it run? I guess you’ll just have to …

    Right Meow!

Looks like corvette manifold on one side and log on the other? Is that normal? I assume both would look like header/manifold.

Cliff Hangerrrrrrrrrr! Geez!! Dig these vids man. Love your style and what you're doing. Thanks for teaching us all something too. I am putting the top end back together on my Sportster and that paint trick looks perfect for what I need. Thanks again.

But.. But where is the Buick Nailhead? 😢

As for the bolts.. Just heat them up with a blowtorch (to just before they turn cherry) then dunk them in used engine oil.. What's with all the fancy stuff? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Would you do a how-to on rebuilding an engine? I am going to be rebuilding one soon and I would like to have a somewhat idea of what I am doing.

Back in the mid-1950s through early 1960s I rebuilt and hopped up several engines and thought I knew at least a little about the process – also ran at the old Santa Anna, CA strip. After watching this series I realize that I know NOTHING anymore. Keep up the good work.

Using the induction gun a terrible idea. If you get it over 500 F for any length of time you're going change the heat treat. Your "poker red" is at least 700 F.
