My 2004 expedition had a 3rd row that power folded flat into the floor and still had some room behind the seats when they were up and the flip down TV had a DVD player built into the roof , the Tahoe isn't badly designed because its from 2008 it's bad because GM are buffoons. My current GMC Arcadia rental yells at me to put it in park for 5 minutes after I have put it in park ……

The "hybrid" badging on the fenders and rear are a legal requirement for first responders. The "H"s on the C-pillar and the giant "HyBRID" decal is just 2000s GM.

Lol what? The rear seats dont fold flat? I have a 2004 durango and even that has mid and rear row seats that fold flat. You can haul tons of wood and stuff back there cause its all flat. Surprised that, even though i also have a rear differential, GM couldnt figure out how to make seats fold flat.

Missed three points of the vehicle. 1- The hood is aluminum to lessen weight.
2- The rear lift gate is aluminum to lessen weight.
3- The electronic seat motors/heaters were done away with to lessen weight.
As an owner of a 2010 Tahoe LT, the hybrid is a joke of an idea. The displacement on demand feature is a joke too on these vehicles. I have had mine deleted, standard camshaft, standard lifters, and software delete for the active fuel management. These trucks are tough though. Don't be mistaken. I love my interior, can't rip the door fabric up and to clean, just spray windex and wipe. Nice review…..

Totally wrong about the hybrid system vs. Toyota. The 2 mode can operate as both hybrid drive & fixed ratio gears like a normal automatic. This lets you have a real towing capacity, unlike most hybrids. Plus those 4 little mpg mean over 15000 miles in a year i save 190 gallons of gas. A car being bumped from 30 to 40 mpg only saves 125 gallons. Do the math & understand the product before ya trash it.
