An easier way to address your complaints about the gear ratios could be to just change the rear end ratio to a lower (higher numerically) ratio. Change the 3.73 to a 4.11 or 4.30.

I have to say, seeing you consistently drive with one hand or the other (almost never both) is one of the most irritating things I've seen on a YouTube video. Also, the fact that you focus so much of your attention on delivering your narrative suggests that you don't have much respect for the task of driving on a public highway.
