The 1.5 Honda V12 would have changed cars forever. They could have kept adding cylinders and let it rev past 20,000rpm in the sixties. Someone changed the rules to keep that from happening. Pity. Complexity in engineering is no guarantee of power. Honda had it then, still does when they want to.
